Zach brings a full-lifecycle background spanning property management, leasing, and construction — giving him a ground-level understanding of what it takes to run each vertical efficiently. A Bay Area native, he has built an extensive network across real estate and leads ALT Group with a commitment to transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency.
Shivam Mehta
Shivam brings an incredibly strong technical and leadership background in heavy civil construction and public works infrastructure. He has hands-on experience leading complex projects from planning and budgeting through execution, compliance, and final delivery.

Aathreya Murthy
Aathreya has leadership experience at some of the largest general contractors in the country, managing highly complex, ground-up construction projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He brings a deep operational understanding of what it takes to deliver at scale.
Before ALT, Aathreya founded and scaled a successful landscape construction company where he oversaw critical structural and site work from planning through execution — giving him both the builder's and the owner's perspective.
Dillon Forshey
With over 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, Dillon has built his career around driving revenue and building real relationships with clients. Much of that time has been in commercial services, working directly with property managers and owners to understand what their buildings actually need.
At ALT Group, Dillon leads sales across both recurring services and construction — building pipeline, creating opportunities, and making sure what comes in gets executed the right way.
